Wenn Sie Ihren Termin stornieren oder umbuchen müssen, bitten wir Sie respektvoll uns mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus zu informieren. Stornierungen ohne 24-stündige Vorankündigung oder versäumte Termine, werden ganz in Rechnung gestellt.
Nur ganz ausgefüllte Reservationen (inklusive Addresse, Email und Telefonnummer) werden berücksichtigt.Unvollstàndige Angaben zu Ihrem Formulartermin werden ohne weitere Ankündigung automatisch gelöscht. Besten dank.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations without a 24-hour notice or missed appointments will be billed in full.
Only fully completed reservations (including address, email, and telephone number) will be considered. Incomplete information about your Form Appointment will be deleted automatically without further notice.
